SCP specialises in Site Clearances, predominantly for the Water Industry, so that you can tidy the site prior to handing the keys over to the client. This is a hassle-free way to re-cycling these surplus pipeline items.

Pipeline schemes, water & sewage treatment projects come to an end and usually there is a large surplus of pipes, valves and fittings left over due to design changes.

We retrieve and, if necessary, refurbish these previously unused materials and return them back into the supply chain as quickly as we can.

How do we do this?

We will agree a value for the goods with you which usually includes SCP standing the cost of transport

We liaise with site to agree a suitable time to collect

Loading is usually with clients own telehandler or similar. Hi-abs can be arranged where necessary

When this UK Water company had an issue with surplus pipe products they called SCP Ltd.

We make the whole process easy. Once a valuation is agreed SCP arranges suitable transport, checking carefully all site access points and ensuring the vehicle is suitable for loading via on-site telehandler or forklift. Communication is key and we ensure the site is aware of when trucks are arriving to be as efficient as possible.

The overriding benefits are that the site is tidy again, reducing H&S issues, and the material gets refurbished back to new and can be reused in the water industry, which ticks a big box in terms of carbon footprint.

Water Treatment Works – Site Clearance

This Sewage treatment scheme upgrade had come to an end. The site needed clearing and SCP sent 3 trucks to ensure this was done both quickly and safely.

SCP Ltd made the whole process easy from start to finish, taking care of the transport and loading – and communicating closely with the site.

This material can now be refurbished and re-used within the water industry.
